Tour Description
DAY 1. LIMA: Arrive in Lima and enjoy a private transfer with a driver to your hotel. Overnight stay.
DAY 2. LIMA / PUERTO MALDONADO: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Maldonado.
Upon arrival at Puerto Maldonado Airport, you'll embark on a brief city tour before heading to "Puerto Capitanía" to board a motorboat for a two-hour journey into the jungle.
Arrive at the lodge for accommodation and lunch. In the afternoon, take an expedition to Cocha Caiman, a small lagoon, where you'll observe black and white caimans. Enjoy the stunning sunset and vivid sky colors.
Return to the lodge for dinner and rest.
DAY 3. PUERTO MALDONADO: Wake up to the enchanting sounds of the jungle. After breakfast, embark on a walk deep into the jungle to explore the flood forest, reaching the majestic Lake Apu Victor with its breathtaking landscapes and clear waters.
Ascend to the Amazon viewpoint to admire the spectacular Peruvian jungle and diverse flora and fauna. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, visit Monkey Island, located in the heart of the Madre de Dios River.
During the walk, observe various types of monkeys and other animals. Enjoy a picturesque sunset before returning to the lodge for dinner.
DAY 4. PUERTO MALDONADO / CUSCO: After breakfast, return to Puerto Maldonado city for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Spend the afternoon at your leisure. Overnight stay.
DAY 5. CITY TOUR CUSCO.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Then, begin a half-day tour starting with a visit to the Temple of Coricancha, known as the Golden Temple for its rich gold history.
Next, visit the Cusco Cathedral in the Plaza de Armas to admire beautiful religious paintings from the Cusco School.
Continue to the Sacsayhuaman archaeological complex, featuring massive stone walls perfectly aligned. Visit the Qenqo temple, where the Incas worshipped gods like the Sun, Moon, and Earth.
Proceed to the Puca Pucara military compound, or "Red Fortress," and then to the Tambomachay water worship center, with its aqueducts and waterfalls.
Conclude the tour at El Regocijo Square, a block from Plaza de Armas. Overnight stay.
DAY 6. CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY / CUSCO: After breakfast, depart Cusco for a 30 km journey to Pisac, known for its amazing market and archaeological stone temples with stunning valley views.
Continue to Urubamba for a buffet lunch, then proceed to Ollantaytambo, an Inca military, religious, and agricultural hub with remarkable views and advanced irrigation systems.
Visit Chinchero and its vibrant Inca market, showcasing traditional crafts like ceramics and Andean textiles. Return to El Regocijo Square in Cusco. Overnight stay.
DAY 7. CUSCO / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO: Early morning pickup from your Cusco hotel to the Poroy train station. Board the train for a three-hour journey to Aguas Calientes.
Upon arrival, take a bus to the entrance of the magnificent Machu Picchu Citadel.
Enjoy a guided tour of this incredible archaeological site, known as The Lost City of the Incas, surrounded by diverse flora and fauna, including the Peruvian national bird, the "Gallito de las Rocas."
Explore Machu Picchu at your leisure or opt to climb Huayna Picchu for panoramic views. After a full day, return to Aguas Calientes train station to head back to Cusco via Poroy. Overnight stay.
DAY 8. CUSCO / PUNO: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and transfer to the bus station. Board a tourist bus to the south valley, stopping at Andahuaylillas, home to the seventeenth-century Sistine Chapel.
Continue to the Raqchi archaeological site, featuring the Temple of Wiracocha, then head to Sicuani for a buffet lunch.
After lunch, travel to La Raya Pass, the highest point of the tour at 4,335 meters, for breathtaking views.

DAY 12. AREQUIPA / LIMA: After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
In the evening, visit the Larco Museum with a knowledgeable guide. Explore the exhibitions and enjoy a culinary experience with a pisco sour. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
